How much does FaxFlow cost?
FaxFlow is a paid subscription with weekly, monthly and annual plans, in Send-only or Send + receive (with a dedicated fax number). Every plan includes unlimited pages per fax (fair use applies, see Terms of Use, Section 4.7) with no per-page fees. Prices vary by region and app store. The exact price for your region is shown in the app before you subscribe; on the web, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
What's included in unlimited faxing?
All FaxFlow plans include unlimited outbound fax sending to any fax number in the US, Canada and 180+ other countries. Send as many pages as you need without worrying about per-page charges. Normal-use fair-use limits apply (see our Terms of Use, Section 4.7).
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. On the web, go to Settings → Plan & billing → Change plan. The change takes effect immediately: you're charged the new plan's price minus a credit for the unused part of your current plan, and you see the exact amount before you confirm. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, change your plan there; the store's rules apply.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No hidden fees. You see the exact price before you subscribe: in the app, or at checkout on the web. No setup fees, no activation charges, no per-page fees. Taxes may apply based on your location.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On the web: Settings → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription (you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for). In the App Store or Google Play: cancel in your store subscription settings.
